Today is another doctor's appointment for Mom. It is her first ultrasound. She was a little scared last night, but she prayed and God has given her a sense of calm. Mom also gets more bloodwork. Her hcg level is 14,738 and her progesterone is 16.3, so Mom and I are holding our own. Dr. Kennedy uses that ultrasound to show Mom my gestational sac and the yolk sac. Dr. K thought he saw a fetal pole, but couldn't find it again, so he said that we would most likely see it next time. It is so cool. You can just see a small black dot on the ultrasound. That is me.

It is really funny. Mom now has a picture of me. It is so cool (oh yeah, I already said that). She is using that picture and my good name to get Dad to do things. She keeps saying "Honey, the black dot demands a piece of bread." "The black dot needs a hug." and things like that. She is so funny. Of course, I am telling her I need this stuff and she is just delegating. This is great. I already have Dad wrapped around my finger. Life is good.
